Graham comes from a family of insurance professionals. His father and grandfather both owned and operated Demont Insurance Agency prior to 2016 when he bought the agency from his father. Graham interned for Nationwide Insurance while in college at the University of Florida. While at the University of Florida, Graham was inducted into Florida Blue Key and was actively involved with his Fraternity. Upon graduation from UF in 2012, Graham joined Demont Insurance as a Producer. He holds the Florida General Lines 2-20 License, Life, Health, and Variable Annuities 2-15 License, and Surplus Lines 1-20 License. He has the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) Designation, and Professional Workers Compensation Advisor (PWCA) designation. Graham is a licensed Single Engine Land and Sea pilot, commercial drone operator, an avid hunter, fisherman, and traveler. He is married to his wife, Sarah, has two sons, Proctor and Graham, and a black lab, Goose.

Arlece is an experienced and dedicated account manager in the Agency’s Personal Lines Department.  She has been with Demont Insurance Agency since 2006 and has an insurance career spanning nearly 24 years.  A former claims adjuster, Arlece is a licensed General Lines and Life, Health, including Variable Annuities agent.  She holds the prestigious Associate in Insurance Account Management designation, AIAM.

Devin started with the Agency in 2012. She holds the 2-20 General Lines and 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities licenses. Devin is an integral part of the Demont Insurance Agency team and acts as our Lead Processor. She graduated from Tallahassee Community College with an Associate of Arts degree and Associate in Science degree focusing on Business Management. In her spare time, Devin enjoys spending time with her family and playing co-ed Softball.

Tracy has been with Demont Insurance Agency since 2011 and acts as our Commercial Lines Manager. Her background in community association management and real estate sales and management gives her a broad understanding of the issues our clients face. She holds a Florida Real Estate License, 2-20 General Lines Insurance License and is a Notary Public. Tracy graduated summa cum laude from Keiser University with a degree in Paralegal Studies. She prides herself on being able to build relationships with our clients and provide a level of customer service unmatched in our industry. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with her family.

Carlene Joined Demont Insurance Agency March 2022 and works in our Commercial Lines Department as a Renewal Account Manager. She holds a 2-20 General Insurance License. Carlene began her insurance career in New York 2002 and has worked in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines departments throughout her career.  Carlene prides herself in giving personal attention to each account and always delivering the best service to customers. Abby joined Demont Insurance Agency after graduating from Florida State University. While at Florida State University, she led community service and bible study in her sorority. She holds the 2-20 Florida General Lines License. Abby loves to be outdoors, especially at the beach, and travel to new places.

Brandon started with the Agency in 2021. He holds the 2-20 General Lines, 6-20 All Lines Adjuster, and 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities licenses, as well as the Transportation Risk Insurance Professional (TRIP) designation from the International Risk Management Institute. 

Before joining Demont, Brandon spent 8 years overseeing the day- to- day operations of multiple companies, including a chain of retail stores and a restaurant. Brandon’s leadership and management experience in these industries gives him first-hand knowledge and experience of the risks businesses contend with every day.

While working full- time, Brandon studied at Florida State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the nation’s top ranked Risk Management & Insurance program- The Dr. William T. Hold/ National Alliance Program in Risk Management and Insurance.

Gregg Conner has been with Demont Insurance Agency for over 15 years.  Before joining us, Gregg worked for UPS for 26 years as the operations manager for the district.  While in this position, Gregg was responsible for 27 centers, 2500 employees, and the largest UPS hub in the Nation.  Gregg’s history with UPS gives him a unique perspective for his business clients to lean on.  In addition to holding his general lines insurance license, Gregg is a Florida Realtor and former residential contractor.  He is also a Florida State University Business School graduate.  In his free time, he enjoys quail hunting, training bird dogs, and working in his garden.

After a 4-year tenure with Travelers, he joined the independent world where he has specialized in Breweries and Hospitality clients for over 30 years.
